Compatibility with oik v3.2.3 #57

The changes for https://github.com/bobbingwide/oik/issues/9 involved renaming some files from .inc to .php versions. The .inc files were deprecated. oik-shortcodes should be updated to be compatible with oik v3.2.3 so that it runs without any Deprecated messages being produced.

OK. we've moved on now. oik is v3.3.8. There are changes in oik issue 30 that we can make use of to correct the shortc
