As a User, I want to be able to turn actual lamps on and off by visiting the home server lamps index and clicking buttons that toggle the states of the lamps.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] App connects to lamp MCUs when index is rendered
[ ] Index view has button to toggle lamp state, with corresponding colors for on and off
[ ] App can actually turn MCU pin on and off on request
[ ] App can return actual status of MCU pin
