Based on my experience doing support at discord and knowing both tools, I highly recommend we use helper.gg.I deployed helper.gg on my own server and tested it, summarizing the advantages:
- best UI design both portals and bot
- translation tickets automatically to serve people with different languages
- smooth work flow
- fully customizable
- logging tickets
- multi roles
Also, there are some disadvantages, such as:
- The number of customers is still relatively small
- Not open source
- Support Feedback
ENS is using helper.gg, and I interviewed them about the use of this too. They also liked it very much and made a recommendation.
Context:
GitcoinDAO is using Discord as main support tool, and there are many questions from user. So as User Support team, we would like to have a discord bot for ticketing.
Requirement:

Which one is better for GitcoinDAO and the reason.
