What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Pentoo to USB (unetbootin) and boot of it,
2. Update everything (pentoo-updater),
3. Create partitions manually with gdisk(GPT):

pentoo ~ # gdisk -l /dev/sda
GPT fdisk (gdisk) version 0.8.10

Partition table scan:
  MBR: protective
  BSD: not present
  APM: not present
  GPT: present

Found valid GPT with protective MBR; using GPT.
Disk /dev/sda: 1465149168 sectors, 698.6 GiB
Logical sector size: 512 bytes
Disk identifier (GUID): 483F2991-203F-4B52-BC25-5AE5B5430142
Partition table holds up to 128 entries
First usable sector is 34, last usable sector is 1465149134
Partitions will be aligned on 2048-sector boundaries
Total free space is 1246455469 sectors (594.4 GiB)

Number Start (sector) End (sector) Size Code Name
   1 2048 526335 256.0 MiB 8300 Linux filesystem
   2 526336 591871 32.0 MiB EF02 BIOS boot partition
   3 591872 8980479 4.0 GiB 8200 Linux swap
   4 8980480 218695679 100.0 GiB 8300 Linux filesystem

4. Run pentoo-installer down to "Prepare Hard Drive"->"Select the partition to
use as ..."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see the partitions: 1,3,4 or 1,2,3,4 but instead I see only 2,3,4.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2014.0 RC3.5
