ebuild for net-analyzer/wapiti-2.2.1-r1::pentoo uses Unsupported EAPI=4 #340

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. emerge -uDN world

Doing a world update, errors presented:

 * ERROR: net-analyzer/wapiti-2.2.1-r1::pentoo failed (depend phase):
 *   Unsupported EAPI=4 (too old, allowed only on restricted set of packages) for python-r1
 * 
 * Call stack:

The wapiti-2.2.1 ebuild is outdated. Our profile forces users to use 2.3.0. You 
can also try to use 2.3.0_pXXXXXX from Pentoo overlay or 9999 from the main 
portage.

I'm deleting that ebuild to avoid further confusions.

I should have added, I have 2.3.0 installed, but the error was there anyway. 
The right action is to delete the obsolete build, as you noted.
