If it is possible to use a Nitter picker to search for instances instead of dealing with "empty page" for dead links that would be good

Hi, that would indeed be useful to add, but given the recent news that twitter has once again broken nitter, and this time probably for good, I decided to wait until we know for certain if the project has a future or not. If nothing changes, it would be pointless to work on it knowing that soon all instances will stop working.
