SWITCH81 - Poly channels set only on first input #245

Here's a basic patch:

As you can notice, the num channels of poly signal is not read if input 1 is not linked. Also, if input 1 is 1 channels and input 2 is 16, it only enable 1 poly channels when select mix 2.

Can you fix it?
