Make sure we have tests for making sure that signatures created with libzkchannels-crypto are compatible with the PS signature verifier used in the zkchannels smart contract.

We've been able to verify compatibility since early July and the scenario tests with custClose confirm this in SmartPy script. Closing this issue.
