update alias 'gcm' in .aliases.sh #22

had extra set of quotes. gcm "some message" was sending the message to git with the literal quotes still attached.

actually its still acting weird either way. I'm gonna close this and read more abt it. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4438147/alias-with-variable-in-bash for instance.
