Describe the bug 无论如何设置原文译文的位置，只能使用上下对照模式

Expected behavior 左右模式更适合对照

目前插件提供的左右对照形式仅适用于 EPUB 等用 XHTML 文档构建的电子书，对 PDF 的支持比较欠缺。
