Sponsors to revive bookie.io #565

I suggest to revive bookie.io and link to a sponsor which would host Bookie or pay for hosting it.

For instance, the website Cube Engine Games is "hosted" by Boost Digital; Boost Digital is either paying for hosting or hosting cubeengine.com by itself in return to linking to them.

Thanks for the idea and support. I'm personally not in a position to do this any longer. If someone else wants to host and operate a version and have it be supported by a 3rd party I'm happy to help coordinate and, perhaps look at transferring the domain.

In the meantime, I suggest to add a link to https://github.com/bookieio/Bookie/wiki/Bookie-instances to the table in file README.rst. So far, I have found one public Bookie instance.

+1. or some crowd fundraising for hosting(like will host 1 year for XXXX money on YYY machine). Bookie seems was most advantaged of open source bookmarking sites... Had Google and Firefox extensions...

Also I hope bookie has some kind of readonly config to ensure next bookie host exists for some time before death(if) for reading.

@jcharaoui why did you remove **\ from Bookie-instances?

I thought so. Sorry, then.
