Custom signup URL for IA and red warning if CS key is not saved #135

@boonebgorges Two simple changes here:

  1. We've created a special signup page for InviteAnyone customers.
  2. I've added a red color to the warning to the user save the CS key.

Let me know if I should do the CSS other way.
