[Outline] Use custom webview for outline view #129

The TreeView provided by VS Code is not really customizable. Implement it yourself.

Current tracked problems:

[ ] Multiselect (bi-directional) is not possible
[ ] Not possible to change the HTML (rendering)
[ ] No dynamic context menu possible
[ ] Not possible to select the model
[ ] After deletion, the next entry will be selected and that triggers a selection in the editor
