Allow multiple users to edit the same schema simultaneously.

This is probably the most ambitious suggestion ever posted :)

Implementing such task requires:

- writing a new server-side component,
- implementing a COMET-like client-side connector,
- implementing a new diff-like notification protocol,
- adjusting present code to support all of these.

I am afraid that given my current amount of free time, I am unable to do this 
myself :-/

What if we do that.If you would direct what to be done and what not to be or if 
you help identifying structure we are ready to contribute using node.js. (we as 
2-3 people)
