Support jvmRoutes containing dashes (-) #62

In the current version of msm a jvmRoute like "jvm-1" (containing a dash) will 
break some use cases of session failover, as the stripping of jvmRoute and 
detection of the memcached node id are conflicting then.

There is still a problem.  If the jvmRoute has a dash and there is no 
memcacheid it throws an exception.  A fix is enclosed.
