Whitelabeling - Page title and favicon #991

In the context of whitelabeling, some customers want to replace the UI Botpress brand references with their own. This is mostly achievable, except for the page title and favicon, which cannot be altered permanently.

Expected behaviour: Add the option to replace the page title and favicon in the whitelabeling context.
