Issue Description

Users should have ORCID ID, if is Contributor or higher in the user hierarchy. This issue aims this feature.

Steps

• [x] Examination of API endpoints using User information
• [x] Modification of APIViews
• [x] Testing

Implementation Details

• [x] orcid_id text field is added to Contributor class, check too see why not an integer.
• [x] Profile GET API should access orcid_id
• [x] Change profile settings PUT API should set the orcid_id
• [x] orcid_id can only set once

We have included ORCID ID in our system. From now on, the team will discuss and decide on which Public API functionalities to implement. This issue will be closed but we expect further improvement on ORCID integration.
