Changes:

CI: Update used packages actions
CI: Set using buil-in cache at yml script
CI: Migrate from node 16 to 20

Ah! I missed that some npm scripts will fall by using node v20. For this reason, CI failed right now. But it was fixed and tested at https://github.com/bpmn-io/bpmn-auto-layout/pull/41. And we can re-run it after merging that PR
