Brackets not loading while working behind a Proxy server

Description

Hello, I am trying to run Brackets in a school environment, which is sitting behind a proxy server. We use a proxy configuration URL (.pac file) to direct traffic to the proxy server. Changing proxy setting to automatic still presents the same issue I am unable to launch the Bracket App at all. Upon launching, the App instantly crashes. I have tested without Proxy (via mobile hotspot) and the App will load fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Proxy Configuration URL or Auto Proxy Discovery Proxy Setting.
2. Install Brackets
3. Attempt to load the App

Expected behavior: App loads successfully and I can go home without needing to troubleshoot any issues.

Actual behavior: App instantly crashes.

Versions

System Information Device: iMac 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 8GB RAM OS: MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 Bracket Version 1.14.2

I found same problem here, when Shadowsocks service connect, even in PAC (Proxy auto-config) Mode not Global Mode, Brackets will crash immediately, and it will crash again when you try to restart it.

System Information: MacBookPro 12,1 macOS Catalina 10.15.5 Bracket, Version 1.14.2 ShadowsocksX-NG, Version 1.9.4
