By downloading the cef_100_percent.pak file (as@MarcelGerber suggested here: #10107) I get this result: immagine

This is an issue with the current installer (it's still a beta, or better said preview). The next installer will include the two missing files (cef_100_percent.pak and cef_200_percent.pak) and thus, this will work again. But still, thanks for reporting.

Even if I include the two files, the scrollbar has "something wrong":

At the bottom of the select there is a little shadow
The scrollbar il larger then the scroller
There are some pixels between the scrollbar and the arrows
