Port Rothman epi sheets over for the descriptive analysis module #16

2019-04-22: In the syllabus I wrote, "Estimate and interpret basic descriptive statistics commonly used in epidemiologic studies."

I think it would be really awesome to port over Rothman's episheet.

Some other person already tried. I want want to use some (or all) of what he/she did (https://github.com/epijim/episheet)
