Not able to change Device Update setting on User page #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. iPhone App -> Select account -> select Tweet -> click on '>' button to
go to Users page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to be able to update Device Update setting.
When the page loads which seems to take quite few seconds I am able to see
the following, with 'Device Update' set to on:

When page loads I am not longer able to change 'Device Update' setting. why?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 v.2.0

current functionality can be applied only for the user for which you follow. 
The flag which defined can I receive 
updates is defined during loading of user information.
By the default I disabled current control  and enabled it only after the 
"device update" flag was received.
Fixed.
