Module not working in magento 2.2.2 #10

Am unable to use the module in magento 2.2.2 community edition. ( after installation module doesn't shows up in admin panel, kindly help )

@bragento @ranu7455 I have this other problem: I see the module inside of my standard CoD payment method, so I set my fee (€5.00 for example), I save all then I clean and flush magento cache. After that, I can't see any fee inside of the checkout form if I select "Cash On Delivery".
