Rename Sync Type to Merge Type #46

After discussing it with @toomim in person, we decided that the best path forward is to rename Sync Type to Merge Type and make it really just about naming functions which take two versions and produce one version.

So we should:

Rename that.
Go over the whole spec and update it so that it is consistent with this new definition (instead of current broader "approach to conflict resolution").
Simplify security section.
