Store IDs directly for clusters? Rely on reference AnnData file for cell-ID cluster map?

Decision - store IDs for clusters. Option to refresh from mapping in AnnData (pulled from linked AnnData file) via or cell-ID cluster map. TDT needs to retain cell_ids in JSON.
