add Aura card type #97

Added Aura card type of Cetelem Brasil. Changed Maestro patterns for because the BIN 507860 is part of Aura Card Cetelem.

We won't be able to accept this until there's some official documentation for it. Gonna close this for now, but if you can provide official docs around it, happy to look at it again.
