No online Axon documentation in BrainVISA 5.0.3 #56

Describe the bug

In the BrainVISA 5.0.3 release, the BrainVISA online documentation (processes, ontology, formats...) was not generated / installed correctly:

@brainvisa/admin This is a serious issue that probably mandates a 5.0.4 release...

This is probably related to this line being commented out:

I am currently trying a build with this line re-enabled.
