Sound goes in Loop! #292

When mturk encounters a CAPTCHA, and if a am running hit catcher then it goes in a loop and keeps playing audio of previously caught hits, and even on resolving captcha it keeps playing audio, the only solution I find needs to close the browser, while earlier on finding Captcha, simply HIT catcher stopped and a message played once, "HIT CATCHER PAUSED", upon resolving captcha HIT Catcher resumes.
