FATAL: System.InvalidOperationException: DeviceIoControl failed: 05AA #165

Hello, I bought this Flash Drive from Amazon: "Patriot 16GB Supersonic Xpress Series Cap-less USB 3.0 Flash Drive - PSF16GXPUSB" Amazon Link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005EWB17A/ref=twister_B00A5STG1G?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

This is the output from "Flash Drive Information Extractor" utility: usb_patriot_info

I get this error while trying to dump the firmware:

DriveCom.exe /drive=F /action=DumpFirmware /burner=BN03V104M.BIN  /firmware=backup_original_fw.bin

Action specified: DumpFirmware

I was wondering is the error caused by the fact that the Chip firmware version is 01.22.10?

Any idea about the meaning of this error?
