Capture station configuration changes #70

A couple last-minute configuration and code changes were made when cloning the 
final images. Need to capture these in the right document.

/etc/host{s,name} files
Static 192.168.1.x IP address in /etc/networking/interfaces for eth0
Remove WiFi dongle
Change wlan0 to eth0 in connection.py. 

MS changes too.

This one is from last year; I don't remember doing any work on this, but we need to get this one addressed.

@ellerychan Do you remember if what's in the description at the top is all that we need to add to the docs?

I believe so. We made the last minute changes when we switched to the wired network. So the code was changed. That note makes it sound like the changes made it into the snapshot that was taken, so all that is needed is to update the docs to match.
