Bookmarks not visible on a new tab (Tabliss extension)

Description

Bookmarks are not being shown on a new tab, when Tabliss extension is installed and in use

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Tabliss extension
2. Check Settings > Bookmarks and lists > Show bookmarks > Only on the new tab page
3. When new tab opens, bookmarks are not being shown

This looks to be an issue with the Tabliss extension. @irfankurtagic Did you also say this was reproducible in Chrome?

I've noticed that in Chrome, when you have Tabliss extension installed, the option 'Only on the new tab page' is no longer available. The only options for showing bookmarks are 'Always' and 'Never.'
