+1 for chrome extension - I've got a Chromebook that doesn't have the specs to install Ubuntu+Brave so I'm pretty much locked to Chrome, syncing bookmarks with Brave would be great.

It's possible but would take some effort to port the client code to a Chrome extension. We don't have plans currently. You might be interested in this issue on getting Brave to run on Chromebooks: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/1755

+1 ... would be a very handy extension. I tend to use both, sometimes at the same time. It would be nice to have the same extensions and such in both.

A temporary workaround is to install Export links of all extensions plugins.

It will create an HTML file with links to all your current extensions, so it will save some valuable time. You’ll also be able to choose which ones you’ll need. Of course, you still will need to install those manually.
