MyQ with sensor showing "offline" #121

Uninstalled and reinstalled app, ran through setup routine, and married door opener to sensor (which is online and functioning,), Completed setup in app and device came into the app, but shows "offline". IDE shows the sensor and door opener as both being online and reports current status correctly for both. Repeated uninstall and reinstall of app many times and tried only bring in one door (instead of both), and tried combinations of with and without open & close buttons on each.

Running ver 3 hub with firmware 000.036.00004

Not an smartapp issue. Smartthings problem resolved on 4/3/21. Thanks
