Fix Kotlin incompatibility error in RN Android example #1047

This PR updates the react native Android example to fix the incompatible version of Kotlin error:

The binary version of its metadata is 1.8.0, expected version is 1.6.0.

@erdemyerebasmaz I think it's already covered in the Troubleshooting Android guide, it just wasn't updated in the RN example yet
