Ben made an important fix to TDE indexing in https://github.com/brendanjmeade/celeri/pull/90, such that each mesh's constraints (smoothing then edge) are applied as a pair, rather than smoothing for all meshes, then edge constraints for all meshes, as in Blocks.
Check that this fix lets edge constraint toggles be applied correctly
