[Feature] - Secrets chapter using AWS Secrets Manager and SSM Parameter Store

Create a chapter that walks through:

Explain problem statement, and talk about some of the good practices when referencing secrets in containers.
Creating secrets in SSM/Secrets Manager
Show native integration in task definition to reference those secrets using the secrets directive.
Copilot and CDK tabs
Will need to have some sort of app that shows what that looks like. Can be as simple as a webapp that shows environment variables (similar to what i did in this blog post, or an app that talks to a backend database (aurora serverless, something that is extremely low to no cost for the temporary demo)

I was digging into this topic specifically on copilot and SSM/Secrets Manager integrations, but looks like that feature is not available yet (see https://github.com/aws/copilot-cli/issues/1689). I raised a discussion there to see the recommended way of doing that with copilot.
