SECURITY: Do not display nickname of any users who has declined to share nickname

If user has chosen private option, be sure to display "Anonymous" in all fields 
that display the users name.

We've removed the notion of participating anonymously.  People who decide to 
use the app will have to provide a nickname that other users can see.
