AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'ApplicationLoggingHandler' #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade to SDK 1.5.5
2. run python manage.py test

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Traceback (most recent call last):

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'ApplicationLoggingHandler'

A patch to fix it is attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm sort of stuck on this version of the django helper; I tried to upgrade my 
app to the other one but ran into some snags.  If you want to add me as a 
committer my Google Account is kumar.mcmillan@gmail.com and I've already signed 
the contributor agreement.  I'd be happy to maintain little things like this.
