Just tried that + restarted obsidian, same deal
@brianpetro I have the same problem. In the Chat window, it is shown in the following way:
To solve the problem, I even deleted the smart connections plugin, deleted the folder ".smart-env" and restarted Obsidian multiple times. It didn't help.
I have the same problem too.
I'm also seeing the issue in https://github.com/brianpetro/obsidian-smart-connections/issues/776#issuecomment-2345377857 and https://github.com/brianpetro/obsidian-smart-connections/issues/776#issue-2514970113
Fortunately, it does not seem to be impacting the chat responses 🌴
I am also encountering the "context undefined" behavior in chat responses. It says it's using notes to answer the prompt but is responding only with general knowledge.
However, the embeddings themselves seem fine since related notes show up as per usual.
While the issue has been fixed in https://github.com/brianpetro/obsidian-smart-connections/commit/78c44de1fcc311fa19a07669910c9afcbe43c977
I'm leaving this issue open until the next version is shipped with the fix (ETA unknown right now) 🌴
I'm able to chat with an individual note when mentioning it using brackets via smart chat, but chatting with multiple notes causes this problem to occur: It isn't able to read any of the notes, not sure what's going on. Have tried enabling/disabling block embedding, switching model of ChatGPT I'm using from 3.5 -> 4 and back, nothing
