But this script doesn't catch it. I tried playing around with the regex, but I really don't see how adding YTS to the line isn't fixing it. Can you give any tips on this, or would be able to add this to the script?

My guess is that it's because those subtitles were downloaded and imported along with the movie file, instead of through Bazarr, so the script was never actually run on them.
