This generally runst scripts as defined by their paths. NO ERROR HANDLING.

Updated pull request -- I added a small cpp file you might be interested in.

To reference an issue:

"gh-xxx" where "gh" means GitHub and "xxx" is replaced by the issue number.

I will try to reference the issue via the commit next time. Also, I will use ".sh" for shell scripts and ".exe" for executeable cpp stuff.
