CapitalizationError when importing from simapro #22

I checked and realized that despite I installed bw2 with pip install bw2-dev a couple of weeks ago I the version of bw2io was 0.3. After upgrading to 0.4 the number of capitalization error returned seems to be less but still there

I am sending you the file via email (no idea on how to anonymise and better not to make public the work done form others)

There are incomplete references in the input data, see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36473102/how-to-deal-with-capitalizationerror-during-importing-in-simpro-csv-in-brightway/36478406#36478406. Not an issue with BW2.
