Disable checksum checks #59

Fixes #58. See that issue for details on the problem and an example of how this setting address the symptom.

Thanks @henridf. Yeah, I'll check it out.

The build problems have been fixed by #60 (macOS) and https://github.com/brimsec/suricata/pull/3 (Windows) and Actions runs have verified successful builds, so I should be able to merge this one and see it run clean.
