First, I want to say, thank you for making this library, it's simple and easy to use.
I'm using this library in my task management app for encrypting user data. Since Github servers are in United States, I'm guessing this library is subject to EAR(Encryption and Export administration regulations) because any download of this library outside of US is considered an export.
I've read through EAR text as much as I could and from what I understand from this link is that this library is not subject to EAR once the email notification per section 742.15(b) is sent.
So has an email been sent to appropriate authorities in US so that this library is not subject to EAR?
If this library is subject to EAR then which classification number(ECCN) does it come under?
I need this information to comply with encryption export regulation and I'm sure other users of this library would benefit from this information as well.
