'own_window_title = conkya,' line in rc has no effect #983

Issue

The line own_window_title = conkya, has no effect that I can see with either xprop, obxprop or wmctrl -l. This is the same whether own_window is set to true or false.

`$ conky --version conky 1.11.5_pre compiled Sat 17 Aug 2019 05:52:32 AM CDT for Linux 5.2.9-pclos1 x86_64

Compiled in features:

System config file: /etc/conky/conky.conf Package library path: /usr/lib64/conky `

This is under plain Openbox in X in pclos with no additional DE beyond the Openbox.
