11 months ago - Please split the display format for carrier frequency and genetic prevalence. Right now they are linked so if you change it for one you change it for both. This should allow you to change one to scientific notation and the other would stay at fraction.
- In the Genetic Prevalence section please add one of the display options to be #/100,000 - think this is self explanatory but let me know if you need more details
- In the carrier frequency section add "raw numbers" as an option. This will display the total AC over the average AN for all the variants included. This will need a hover over that explains "This display format gives you the sum total of the allele counts for all variants included over the average allele number (AN) for all variants included. AN can vary for each variant due to differences in coverage across regions of a gene and/or limitations of exomes." I am still waiting on feedback from the person who requested this last addition so requirements for this could change. I will add more details in a comment if I need to tweak this last request
