Official samples are here: gs://gnomad-mwilson/lai/sample_selection/ref_to_run.tsv Includes IBS and GBR for continental European, Western African HGDP samples, and HGDP Continental American samples.

@mike-w-wilson Is there any location where the samples comprising the reference panel for LAI inference for gnomAD are detailed? I couldn't access this file for download.
