This script uses the admix-simu hanc file and the RFMix output to calculate lai accuracy. https://github.com/eatkinson/LAIaccuracy . It is currently hard coded in a few places and needs to be generalized for my use.

This was updated locally and run in a notebook: lai_testing.ipynb. Still needs to be updated for repo but not urgent as it was a one time run for now.
