Is it OK to run Pilon multiple times by adding shortreads? #112

I am trying to polish my PacBio assembly by Pilon using Illumina short reads. Due to the memory limitation, I am wondering to run Pilon in serial runs by adding shortreads. Does it give the same results as the single Pilon run with all shortreads at once?
