obtain gfa after polishing #90

Hi! I am working on a long reads Canu assembly that I am polishing with short reads with Pilon. I am interested in seeing how much the polishing is optimising the assembly graph that canu has created...but unfortunately Pilon does not provide a new .gfa

Any suggestion? can this be a feature request?
